Dual Pipe Die Head

  • Die head for smaller sizes of pipe ranges from 16mm-50mm with stainless steel spider.

  • It ensures the production of dual pipe out of one mould, thus making the cost of production low.

  • It has reasonable flow channel design an special treatment on the surface.

  • Special flow channel design ensures the equal distribution of PVC in both the moulds.

  • Melt temperature & pressure remains even.

Dual Pipe Vacuum Tank

  • Dual pipe vacuum tank ensures the production of one pipe even if the production of second pipe is stopped due to any reasons thus making the wastage low.

  • Its provided with high and low water level control device and temperature control device.

  • Separate Vacuum Pump and Water Pump for two different vacuum chambers.

Dual Pipe Cutting Unit

  • Its construction ensures the traction of two different pipes at two different speeds thus enabling to produce pipe of different diameters.

  • Drive is given through four geared motors to all the four rollers and synchronized with the help of AC Frequency Variable Drive.

  • Gap between two tracks is adjusted through pneumatic cylinders.

  • Functioning is “PLC Controlled”.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder for Dual Conduit Pipe

  • It produces twin pipe out of one mould..

  • Results in high production (125kg/hr – 150kg/hr) even for smaller sizes of pipe.

  • Special Conical Twin Screw Extruder can take high filler loading as compare to parallel twin screw Extruder.

  • Counter rotating conical twin screw machined on CNC “WWW” Germany make thread milling machines by simulation software for better performance.

 

High Speed Cooling Mixer

  • A complete range of fully automatic Mixer/ Cooling unit for the production both rigid and plasticised PVC dry blends.

  • The compact unit are mono-block construction.

  • The combined unit consists of a separate Mixer, Cooler and operators platform giving flexibility for installation and maintenance.

  • A unique mixing impulse, using aerodynamic principles, gives a rapid mixing action and fast frictional heating.

  • The cooler with large water fooled surfaces gives a cooling time generally faster than the mixer heating time.
