Two stage recycling plant for production up to 200 KG/ HR

Description :

  • First time in India production up to 200 kg/hr from special design "Dual Diameter of Screw" for reprocessing of RAFIA, HD, LD, PP paper form waste.

  • This design eliminate or minimize the shredding, grinding, densification preparation functions.

  • The combination of the greater feed capacity of the large diameter plasticizing section provides an effective and economical operation.

Specifications of two stage recycling plant :

Screw Design
Dual Diameter (150mm-110mm) design with a large diameter feed transitioning down to the smaller diameter main processing section. The flights are hard surfaced with gas nitriding with hardness from 65 HRC-68 HRC.

Feed Section
Featuring a generous feed throat opening and adequate water cooling jacket to prevent bridging, this essential component is designed to efficiently feed pallets, beeds, powder or paper form waste into the screw flights without thrust contamination.

Second Stage Extruder
Technique is based on "Two Stage Extrusion" for excellent filteration & material properties.

Hydraulic Screen Changer
Hydraulic screen changer is provided for high efficiency and less wastage of raw material.

Gear Box
Helical gear box with heavy thrust bearing for both the extruder's.
