Corotating Twin Screw Extruder For Compounding & Recycling

HPMC co-rotating twin screw extruders are designed for polymer compounding, masterbatch production and selected plastic recycling applications. The two screws rotate in the same direction to convey, mix and homogenize polymer materials, supporting consistent processing when the machine is configured for the required formulation.

The modular screw design can support different compounding requirements, including filler modification, glass fibre reinforcement and polymer blends. Applications may include direct compounding, PVC cable-grade compounds, film and sheet extrusion, injection molding, compression molding and recycling, depending on the selected configuration.
